LEGAL
Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 28, 2026
ARC Value Partners respects your privacy and uses personal information only for legitimate business, operational, and legal purposes.
This policy explains how ARC Value Partners (“ARC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through arc-valuepartners.com and related communications.
Information we collect
We may collect information in the following ways:
- Contact form information. If you request a conversation, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, area of interest, referral source, and description of what you are working on.
- Direct communications. We collect information you include when you email or otherwise communicate with us.
- Technical and usage information. Our hosting, security, and service providers may collect basic technical information, such as the page requested, request time, referring page, browser or device type, and IP address.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- evaluate whether an advisory engagement may be a fit;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- manage business records and professional relationships; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, for our legitimate business interests, or to comply with law.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. These currently include Formspree for contact-form processing and delivery, OpenAI Sites for website hosting and platform functionality, and Google Workspace for email. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law or legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, ARC uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and engagement, including pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, browser or device type, and interactions such as a successful contact-form submission. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to provide these measurements. ARC does not use Google Analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics is disabled unless you select “Accept analytics.” You may decline analytics or change your choice at any time using the Analytics preferences link in the website footer. Essential hosting, security, and form-delivery technologies may still operate when analytics is declined.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including business, legal, accounting, and security needs. Copies may remain with our service providers according to their retention periods and our account settings.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not submit material nonpublic information, legally privileged information, sensitive personal information, or detailed transaction data through the contact form.
International processing
ARC and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, applicable safeguards are used for transfers across borders.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a request, email us at kyle@arc-valuepartners.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
